Before relocating to Canada, Andrew kick-started his career in law within the bustling city of Perth, Western Australia, where he honed his expertise. With a solid foundation in law, thanks to his LL.B. and B.Comm. degrees from the University of Notre Dame Australia, he made a significant leap across continents. In 2015, British Columbia welcomed him as a newly minted member of its bar, following an enriching stint at Lawson Lundell where he completed his articles.

In his current role as an associate within a dynamic Real Estate Group, Andrew dedicates his expertise to the intricacies of commercial leasing. He plays a pivotal role, bridging the gap between landlords, tenants, and developers, ensuring seamless negotiations and drafting of commercial leases along with any pertinent documents that accompany such transactions.

Beyond his immediate professional duties, Andrew is an active participant in several legal and real estate communities. His memberships span from the Law Society of British Columbia to the Canadian Bar Association’s Vancouver Real Property Subsection, not to mention his involvement with the Urban Development Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. This wide network not only enriches his professional life but also keeps him at the forefront of industry developments.

Although his legal prowess was initially recognized in Western Australia where he was admitted to the bar in 2008, Andrew currently does not practice there. His journey from Australia to Canada underscores a commitment to expanding his legal acumen and contributing significantly to the real estate sector through his specialized focus on commercial leasing.
