He specializes in guiding pension plans, tax-exempt organizations, and their trustees through the intricacies of structuring, as well as making investments in real estate, infrastructure, and private equity. His international experience covers facilitating investments across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, where he skillfully negotiates investment agreements and governs arrangements.

His role in corporate structuring is pivotal, overseeing Lawson Lundell’s corporate services paralegal team and spearheading cross-border reorganization transactions.
