Over the years, Anna has notably represented a leading U.S. bank in the divestiture of a $1.2 billion credit card portfolio, guided a global credit card acquiring company through the sale of a significant portfolio to a top Canadian financial entity, and orchestrated strategic alliances and reorganizations within the credit card and financial services sectors. Her career is a testament to her dedication and skill in navigating the complex landscape of financial services and corporate law.
