Colin Gibson

Since his induction into the legal profession in 1986, after being called to the bar in British Columbia, Colin Gibson has carved a niche for himself in the realms of labor, employment, human rights, and post-secondary education law. His expertise and dedication have not gone unnoticed, earning him a commendable reputation among his peers, who consider him a leading figure in management-side labor and employment law within British Columbia.

Gibson's professional journey is heavily intertwined with the educational sector, where he primarily offers his services to universities, colleges, and institutes. His role goes beyond mere legal advice; he delves into strategic planning concerning governance, policy formulation, executive pay scales, and adherence to statutory mandates, showcasing his versatile engagement with the complexities of the post-secondary and university environments.
