I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne on a rather complicated privacy case that had me losing sleep for weeks. Right from the start, Suzanne was a beacon of clarity, guiding us through the dense fog of FIPPA, PIPA, and PIPEDA regulations like it was a walk in the park. Her ability to break down complex legal jargon into something digestible was nothing short of a godsend.

Not only did Suzanne provide top-notch advice, but she also rolled up her sleeves and got directly involved in training our in-house team. Her hands-on workshops turned our privacy and access coordinators into confident, informed decision-makers ready to tackle any request thrown their way.

What really sets Suzanne apart, though, is her diverse expertise. When a separate issue cropped up concerning health law, Suzanne was immediately on it, offering solutions that were both practical and innovative. Her reputation clearly precedes her, and for good reason.

Having her office conveniently located near the bustling heart of downtown, it was always easy to pop in for a meeting or catch her for a quick consultation between my own hectic schedule. Suzanne's approachable demeanor and unwavering professionalism made what could have been a daunting process surprisingly smooth.
