Clive Boulton

Since launching his legal career in 1979 after being called to the British Columbia Bar, Clive Boulton has carved a notable path through the legal landscape. Starting off in Vancouver's Provincial Crown Counsel’s office, he sought to hone his courtroom skills, dedicating two years to intensive trial work across both Provincial and Supreme Court settings, including a half-year focus on jury trials.

Transitioning to private practice in 1981, Boulton expanded his expertise to encompass a broad spectrum of legal areas. His work has covered everything from fire loss, construction liability, and commercial to vehicle fraud, alongside defending against claims in real estate, medical malpractice, and personal injury. Boulton is also known for his scholarly contributions, presenting on topics such as chronic pain management and the art of drafting expert reports.
