Moreover, his consultancy roles with the Asian Development Bank and the United States Agency for International Development underscored his pivotal contributions towards bolstering the Philippine government's tax fraud and evasion prosecutorial capabilities.

Edmundo's academic credentials are as diverse as his professional experience. Having been admitted to the Bar in both the Philippines (1988) and British Columbia, Canada (2012), his educational journey boasts a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (2011), a Master of Laws (with Distinction) from the University of London's Queen Mary and Westfield College (2004), and degrees in law and arts from the University of the Philippines (1988 and 1984, respectively).

His expertise extends to construction and infrastructure law, directors and officers liability, and insurance. Beyond his legal practice, Edmundo has dedicated time to serve as a former Director and Treasurer for the B.C.
