Roger's educational background is as impressive as his professional achievements. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 1985, he pursued law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws in 1989. His legal prowess was recognized early, with calls to the Bar in Ontario in 1991 and British Columbia in 1992.
