5 out of 5 stars

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel Fung on a particularly complex real estate deal in the heart of Vancouver's bustling downtown, near the iconic Gastown district. From the get-go, Emmanuel was a standout professional. He navigated through the labyrinth of commercial real estate development and land use with such ease that it was hard to believe the myriad of challenges we were up against.

What impressed me most about Emmanuel was his ability to handle multiple facets of the deal simultaneously. He managed the acquisition and financing of our project, which was no small feat, considering it spanned over multiple sites with a significant amount of rentable square footage. His expertise in handling the permitting, development, and leasing aspects was invaluable, especially in a city where such processes can be incredibly daunting.

Not only did Emmanuel prove to be an expert in the nitty-gritty of real estate transactions, but his skill in negotiating leases for a high-rise development we were eyeing was nothing short of remarkable. His forward-thinking approach was evident when he advised us on creating a co-ownership structure that was both innovative and beneficial for all parties involved.
