Gary's client list is varied and includes advising a British Columbia retail company on a significant cross-border sale and assisting a Canadian mining contractor in selling control to a Chinese state-owned enterprise. He has also facilitated the sale of operating and real estate assets for the Veris Gold Group of Companies and has been instrumental in the acquisition of North Country Gold Corp. by Auryn Resources Inc.
