Jana Mansour

Jana Mansour, a pivotal figure at Dentons Canada, steers the Infrastructure and PPP group as its national co-chair. His journey in the legal realm began in Montréal, later transitioning to a 17-year tenure in New York City where he honed his expertise in project development and financing law with two global law firms. In 2018, Vancouver's Dentons office welcomed him, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career.

Mansour's legal acumen spans advising on the lifecycle of significant infrastructure, power, and energy projects. From the initial stages to procurement, financing, construction, operation, and finally, disposition, his guidance has been instrumental. His projects have not only been confined within Canada but have reached the US, Mexico, and as far as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and beyond, covering a diverse array of sectors from transportation to renewable energy.

His experience includes advising on the installation of a small modular nuclear reactor in Ontario, negotiating contracts for solar power projects in the United States, and leading negotiations for natural gas power projects in Alberta.
