Geena Lee

At the heart of Vancouver's bustling business legal scene, Geena Lee emerges as a pivotal figure within our Business Law Group. Her expertise spans a wide spectrum, encompassing the intricacies of corporate and commercial law, with a keen focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and the principles of corporate governance. Her advisory roles cut across a diverse range of sectors, including but not limited to, financial services, infrastructure, and the rapidly evolving tech industry.

Geena's legal journey, marked by academic distinction, saw her clinching prestigious awards during her law school tenure. Notably, she earned the Advocis Educational Foundation Prize for her exceptional grasp of contract law and the Stikeman Elliott Prize, recognizing her prowess in real estate transactions. Beyond her scholarly achievements, Geena demonstrated a profound commitment to her law school's community. She led the Asia-Pacific Law Club as its President, and as a legal clinician at the business law clinic, she offered invaluable legal assistance to entrepreneurs and small enterprises at no cost.

Her professional voyage with the firm commenced in the summer of 2018, following her foundational academic journey where she secured a B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 2016, and later, a J.D. from the esteemed Peter A. Allard School of Law at the same institution in 2019.

Geena's formal introduction to the legal profession was marked by her admission to the bar in British Columbia. Today, she stands as a distinguished member of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, contributing her knowledge and expertise to the advancement of the legal field.
