Jeff's research efforts were concentrated on neuromorphic computing and the enhancement of CMOS and NEM relay technologies, earning him recognition at the esteemed IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM). This technical background is complemented by his practical experience in quality assurance at a leading semiconductor company and in research and development at an innovative fuel cell enterprise in Vancouver.

Jeff's academic path is equally impressive, with dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by an M.S. in the same disciplines. His legal acumen was further sharpened at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, culminating in a J.D. in 2018.
