Kean Silverthorn

Kean Silverthorn, based in Vancouver, plays a pivotal role as an associate attorney within the Financial Services Group, delving into an array of corporate lending operations. His expertise shines in handling complex dealings that span both local and international borders, involving financial bodies, private financiers, and business conglomerates. These dealings range from the straightforward to the intricate, covering secured and unsecured loans, with a hierarchy from senior to subordinate, and extend to both bilateral and syndicated agreements.
