Her expertise stretches across the financial spectrum, touching on lending, project financing, navigating the complex waters of capital markets, orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, and navigating the nuanced world of private equity.

Xinya's notable contributions include her advisory role to a powerhouse syndicate of Canadian investment banks, such as BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc., which spearheaded the $200 million fixed rate deposit notes offering for Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union. Her acumen was also pivotal in the colossal $4.2 billion endeavor to erect the new Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, a project steered by Vantage Airport Group Ltd. as part of the JFK Millennium Partners consortium.

Her influence extended to the significant sale by Kennecott Royalty Company, a Rio Tinto plc subsidiary, of a lucrative royalty in Nevada's gold mining sector to RG Royalties LLC for a staggering $525 million. She guided another syndicate led by Scotia Capital Inc. and Desjardins Securities Inc. in a similar $200 million fixed rate offering for Coast Capital Savings.
