Kenneth Soe

In the heart of Vancouver, Kenneth Soe carves his niche as a civil litigator with a vast arena of expertise. He also managed motor vehicle accident claims involving insurers from outside the province and furnished insurers with essential coverage advice.

Kenneth's academic journey began at Queen’s University, where he acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree. His pursuit of legal expertise led him to the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, earning him a Juris Doctor degree. During his law school years, Kenneth dedicated his time to serving as the Executive Director of the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. This role saw him advocating for low-income individuals in various legal proceedings. His commitment to legal aid continues as he serves as the Vice-President of the board of directors for the Greater Vancouver Law Students’ Legal Advice Society.

Kenneth's practice areas are diverse, covering insurance, motor vehicle, rail and trucking, life and disability, product liability, construction, and personal injury defense. His education and bar admissions underline his qualifications, with a JD from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and a BA from Queen’s University in 2015. In 2019, he was admitted to the British Columbia Bar, marking the formal start of his legal career in the province.
