Chong's academic credentials are nothing short of impressive. Before her journey through the J.D. program at UBC and the University of Ottawa, she laid a solid foundation with an LL.B. and an LL.M. from China's elite law schools, topped with a Ph.D. from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. Not one to shy away from a challenge, she also cleared China's rigorous bar exam with flying colors.

Beyond the courtrooms and legal briefs, Chong is deeply invested in community upliftment. She lends her voice and time to S.U.C.C.E.S. as a volunteer speaker and stands tall among the ranks of Rise Women’s Legal Centre's volunteers.
