Absolutely had to drop a review here for Emily after the stellar work she did for me. I found myself tangled up in a nasty bit of business regarding property damage claims and honestly, the whole scenario was stressing me out. Emily was a recommendation from a colleague, and man, am I grateful for that tip. From our first meeting at Branch MacMaster, it was clear Emily wasn't just another lawyer. She was all about getting to the heart of the issue and devising a clear-cut strategy to tackle it.

The way she navigated through the legal jargon and simplified things for me was nothing short of a relief. We were dealing with some pretty stubborn parties, and the potential for this to drag on was high. Yet, Emily's approach, especially her knack for negotiation, turned the tables in our favor way quicker than I anticipated.

What really set Emily apart was her willingness to explore alternate dispute resolutions. I was bracing for a drawn-out court battle, but she managed to get us into mediation, and frankly, that's where the magic happened. The settlement we arrived at was beyond what I had hoped for, both in terms of the financial outcome and the time saved.
