Sara Grujin

Sara excels as an advocate with a knack for addressing workplace concerns through insightful and practical solutions. Her expertise lies in the realms of labour, human rights, and employment law. Before her tenure at Harris began in 2023, she lent her skills to the Community Social Services Employers’ Association (CSSEA), where her work spanned interpreting collective agreements, managing accommodations, and handling disciplinary actions. Sara's proficiency extends to representing public sector employers across various legal forums, including mediations, quick arbitrations, and boards and tribunals.

Beyond her professional commitments, Sara dedicates her free moments to furthering her education. She has enriched her knowledge by engaging in advanced international human rights law courses offered by Osgoode Hall Law School.
