I had the pleasure of working with David McKenzie when my construction company faced a complex legal battle over a builders lien on a project we were completing near the Vancouver Art Gallery. Right from our first meeting at his office, David struck me as incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping us navigate through the intricacies of construction law. He didn't just throw legal jargon at us; he made sure we understood every step of the process.

David's approach to handling our case was nothing short of meticulous. He drafted and reviewed our contracts, ensuring every detail was in our favor and legally sound. When the case escalated to mediation, David's expertise shone through. His negotiation skills were impressive, and he managed to settle the dispute in a way that was beneficial for us, saving our company both time and money.

What stood out to me the most was David's ability to make us feel like we were his only client. Despite his busy schedule, he was always accessible, whether we needed to discuss our case at his office or over a quick call while he was on the move between the Law Courts and client meetings around Coal Harbour.
