Kasia Troczynski

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Kasia completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of British Columbia. She later earned her Juris Doctorate with Honours from Bond University in Australia.

Returning to Vancouver, Kasia completed her articling at a litigation firm downtown, gaining valuable experience in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Administrative Law, and Civil Litigation.

In the realm of Family Law, Kasia adeptly interprets, drafts, and negotiates cohabitation and separation agreements. She's presented submissions at both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal, handling mediations from various angles, fostering a nuanced mediation approach.
