Amarit, a dynamic legal professional, plays a pivotal role in the Litigation/Arbitration/Dispute Resolution team. Amarit doesn't stop there; he also skillfully navigates creditor issues, problems arising from the sale of goods, complexities of commercial leases, shareholder disagreements, and both commercial and residential sale contracts.

His approach to legal battles is rooted in pragmatism, always looking for the most effective way to settle disputes, whether that involves courtroom confrontations or not. Amarit is no stranger to the halls of the Supreme Court of B.C. and the B.C. Provincial Court, where he advocates fiercely for his clients' interests. Before his tenure at Koffman Kalef LLP, Amarit honed his skills at a national firm, championing the causes of plaintiffs in actions against numerous Canadian insurance companies.

In terms of his educational background, Amarit laid the groundwork for his legal career with a BA from the University of Victoria in 2012. He further solidified his legal acumen by earning an LLB with Honours from the University of Leicester in 2015. Shortly thereafter, in 2018, he was admitted to the bar in British Columbia, marking the beginning of his promising legal journey in the region.
