Nicole Garton is absolutely useless! We used her as a PC in hopes to find some resolution and expertise. Instead, in our first 3 way meeting the other party screamed at her for ten minutes before I had to step in and tell her how unacceptable her getting screamed at was. The next year was spent billing an enormous amount of hours at a cost of $5600 when the other party didn’t even respond to her. Not once, since the screaming session! Completely ineffective. She just billed and billed $5600 with zero response from the other part. Unbelievable really! At one point she made a recommendation in writing which was followed only to change her opinion after the fact leaving the parties unable to meet her new requests. So much time was spent correcting her and reminding her, while she was billing. She is meek, forgetful, and completely ineffective. I would recommend absolutely anyone else at any other firm unless useless is what you are looking for!
