Auctioneers Inc. through a monumental US$7.3 billion acquisition of IAA, Inc., assisting Newcrest Mining Limited in its C$3.5 billion purchase of Pretium Resources Inc., and facilitating Kruger Inc.'s acquisition of a pulp mill from Domtar Corporation in Kamloops, British Columbia.
