His academic path was marked by leadership and advocacy. As a law student, he not only led Domus Legis but also championed the rights of students facing academic allegations. His editorial acumen was showcased through his contributions to the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies, where he served as both Associate Editor and Advertising Manager. Today, Patrick continues to give back to the community, holding a position on the Parkgate Community Services Society's Board of Directors.

Patrick's life outside the office is filled with passions that range from whipping up culinary delights to enjoying stand-up comedy. He's also a sports enthusiast, with a particular allegiance to the Toronto Raptors, reflecting his diverse interests and vibrant personality.

His legal acumen covers a wide array of specialties, including business and energy law, litigation in insurance, mergers and acquisitions, and the intricate details of real estate development. Not to mention his expertise in wills, trusts, and estates. Patrick's educational background is just as impressive, with a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria, where he delved into Political Science, Technology, and Society. Since 2018, he has been a practicing member of the British Columbia Bar, showcasing a career that not only spans a wide range of legal disciplines but also demonstrates a commitment to community and continuous learning.
