He played a key role in advising Goldner Hawn during the sale of Terra Firma to DKSH and in Terra Firma's subsequent investment in Northspec Chemical Corp. His expertise also facilitated Goldner Hawn's acquisition of Nuco Inc. and supported Venn Growth Partners in establishing multiple funds and securing investments in several companies. Fraser’s contributions were instrumental in Seismic Software Inc.'s purchase of Grapevine6 Inc., A Thinking Ape's sale to Embracer, Chegg’s acquisition of Varafy, and Price's Alarm System's transition to Telus Corporation. Furthermore, he guided Ideon Packaging in its sale to The Great Little Box Company Ltd. and advised Corix on selling its equity interests in Tribus Services to Olameter. His work in the financing rounds for Notch Therapeutics and Alpha-9 Theranostics, which raised US$85 million and US$75 million respectively, underscores his significant impact in the field.

Fraser's academic credentials include a JD/MBA from the Schulich School of Law and Rowe School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Economics with distinction from the University of Victoria.
