Jenna's legal battles have spanned defending Pembina Pipeline Corporation against hostile bids, advocating for dealers and advisers in regulatory matters, and representing public entities and individuals in corporate disputes. Her prowess also extends to advising on data breaches, privacy policy formulation, and navigating access-to-information requests, along with defending class actions across various sectors.
