Kemily Ho

Kemily Ho brings a wealth of expertise to the legal arena, specializing in various facets such as employment, human rights, and commercial conflicts. Her legal journey has seen her represent clients across the echelons of British Columbia's judiciary, from the lower courts to the highest, not to mention her active participation in mediations and arbitrations. Her approach is always to steer her clients through the legal maze with advice that is both practical and tailored to ensure their interests are paramount.

Her legal roots were planted at Eyford Partners following her tenure at a premier employment law firm in Vancouver. This transition marked a continuation of her commitment to justice and client advocacy.

Education played a pivotal role in Kemily's career. After obtaining her bachelor's degree, she pursued law at the University of British Columbia. Here, she not only excelled academically, clinching the David Neil Hossie, QC Prize in Corporation Law, but also showcased her prowess in moot court competitions, making it to the semi-finals of the National Bowman Tax Moot in 2015. Beyond the classroom, she dedicated time to the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, offering her guidance as a supervising lawyer, a role she still upholds.

Kemily is not all about law; her passions extend to exploring new cultures through travel, immersing herself in the arts, and indulging in culinary experiences.

Her professional toolkit is comprehensive, covering personal injury defense, appeals, employment law, professional regulation, class action lawsuits, and the facilitation of arbitration and mediation processes.

Kemily's academic journey culminated in her being called to the British Columbia bar in 2016, equipped with a Juris Doctor degree she earned in 2015, following her undergraduate degree in 2012, both from the University of British Columbia.
