Furthermore, Laura plays a pivotal role in the recruitment of lateral associates and the orchestration of associate secondments.

Before her tenure with us, Laura honed her legal expertise within the corridors of a renowned national firm situated in Vancouver. Her professional journey was marked by a focus on debt financing, corporate finance, and a suite of related transactions. Laura's clientele included a diverse array of financial institutions, public entities, and private issuers. She skillfully navigated the complexities of both secured and unsecured financings, including bilateral and syndicated arrangements, project financings, asset-based lending transactions, and cross-border dealings.

Laura's academic journey laid the groundwork for her legal career, with her educational endeavors rooted in the University of British Columbia. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2020, following a Bachelor of Arts degree she obtained in 2017. Her commitment to the legal profession was further cemented in 2021 with her admission to the British Columbia bar, marking a significant milestone in her career.
