Michael is an integral part of the Legal Team specializing in Insurance Law.

His expertise encompasses a broad range of insurance-related legal issues, including but not limited to complex personal injury cases, premises liability, professional malpractice, digital risk management, hospitality industry liability, discrimination law, and aspects of construction law.

Beyond his primary focus in insurance law, Michael possesses a rich background in employment law. He has provided counsel to both corporations and individuals on a variety of issues, including unfair termination, equal rights in the workplace, workplace bullying and harassment, privacy rights, workplace health and safety, and adherence to employment standards.

Michael is proficient in English and French.

Michael enjoys a dynamic and adventurous personal life. He is passionate about outdoor activities such as trekking, paddling, ice hockey, squash, and snowboarding. Michael is an enthusiastic explorer, having embarked on backpacking journeys across over 30 countries, with a special interest in discovering unique destinations for extended hiking adventures.
