Shaun Foster

Shaun, an esteemed Associate in our firm's Aviation Practice Group, has been a member of the bar since 2016. His journey in law has led him to specialize in a field that combines technical expertise with legal acumen.

Shaun's proficiency in aviation law is broad and impressive. He skillfully handles a variety of cases, including personal injury claims related to aviation, issues concerning baggage, cargo, and delays, as well as intricate human rights matters. His expertise also encompasses Canadian Transportation Agency complaints, insurance coverage disputes, product liability claims, and the legal intricacies of aviation accidents and incidents. Furthermore, Shaun is adept at representing clients in motor carrier and intermodal transportation claims, showcasing his versatility in transportation law.

In addition to his legal practice, Shaun is also deeply involved in the operational side of aviation. He has completed ground school for his advanced operations Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) pilot’s certificate and is diligently working towards obtaining full certification in the advanced operations category.
