Xiaopeng (Leo) Yuan's journey from Beijing to becoming a respected lawyer in Victoria, BC, is a testament to his dedication and adaptability. After moving to Canada in 2001, Leo pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Queen's University, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria.
