If I have legal aid can you please help me with an assault charge that is bogus. Im a almost 42 year old on disabilty. Charges are from a crazy ex girlfriend that attacted me in a psychosis suicidal freak out that was caught cheating while making sure she didn't kill her self it's a complex situation and she's a total manipulate master gas lighting crosive narcissistic person. She is a drug addict lost her kids and has gone out her way to destroy my life and still is I have court in the morning tomorrow and she has lied about what really conspired the day of the charges and since she has been slandering my name all over town and deliberately doing things to gas light me and sleeping with friends getting me kicked out my place trying to have me beat up. And made me loose my mind with lies cheating and she has in the recent past drove me to kill my self and then brought me back to life with ems and sucked me back in to make me think she loved me just to set me up to drive me back in to a depressed and lost mental state of abandonment and also try and push me to do it again she's verry cunning and master manipulator. If you can help and accept legal aid I'd be so greatly appreciated for the help as she is trying to have me put in jail and then once in side have me met by her people to have me beaten or worse. Hello I am a past recent client of Mr.Morinos he knows me quite well, he won a trial desision in a similar case against Mrs.MD about 2 years ago, anyways I am again in a jam or pickle concerning an automatically uttering threats and an assault charge so this happened 2024, I don't know what crown was seeking as an sentence if found guilty, I won't go into anymore details here but I have court scheduled for sometime this week I believe I also have not yet go e into the bail office to sign in with them with the conditions ect. They were accidentally lost because one conditions is I am not allowed to be on my home property so a no go and a no contact issued against me not allowing any contact with a one Ms. /gd my fiancee and partner of 24 and a half years.

I am interested in finding out if I have a case with a negligent oral surgeon and failed implant sinus lift and bone graft that perforated my sinus. This happened over a year ago. He took no responsibility and didn’t even do a xray. My regular dentist did a cone beam scan and discovered the implant in my airway. I have been on antibiotics for a year. I ended up an out patient with kidney failure from the infection and dehydration. I recently found a dentist that agreed to remove it and repair my sinus which was done last Tuesday . I will need more bone grafts and am waiting for the results from my ENT about my sinus. My business has suffered greatly as well as my quality of life for the past year. Looking forward to your reply.

Hey buddy … Been a long time … Last time I seen you was in the Victoria court house … Told me about your new child !!! You seemed real happy … Better in the Vw bug hatch, than the ferrari…. Ran in to a problem !!! It’s not a major problem … Not criminal … I got a road side DUI … I kept my shit together and avoided the criminal DUI … Got the 90 day MVI … My question is ??? I was mailed a letter stating that I had to register and pay a $1200 fee within 45 days of the date of that letter … Or have my license revoked … The letter was dated November 1st, 2024 … I got the letter late but scrambled to pay … I paid to register on December 11th for the RDP program … This is my gripe now … I was threatened buy the letter to pay the $1200 extortion fee and register for the RDP programme … But once I payed … The email I got from the program was “Don’t call before 48 hours have passed to book my over the phone screening appointment “ … I sent a email asking if there was a deadline on me calling to book this over the phone screening appointment … I have 2 emails starting that there is no timeframe on me booking this appointment !!! And no consequences if I don’t call to book this appointment … But now they call me twice a day too book my appointment !!! I hope I am driving them up the wall … But I was told Via email it was up to me to call … Could you dig and find out what happens if I never call to book this appointment ??? I have money and will come and pay you up front … If you don’t need a mortgage payment … Could you look into it,what happens to a person if they pay the $1200 registration fee too the RDP program, but never actually call to book the screening appointment … So far … From the emails I got !!! No real consequences involved !!! But I can actually give you real money this time … Thank you …
