I’ve been told you acted for Jack and Three Point Properties in the initial closings of the first phase of the cottages back in 2011. Very sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. We have just sold our cottage (originally Cottage 38). Our lawyer has passed away and the subsequent firm has destroyed his records of that era. For tax purposes we are trying to obtain the original agreement and/or the statement of adjustments from our closing in 2011. I wonder if you’d be able to help us in this regard?

Hi Paul, I am checking in as I am in the midst of apartment hunting and hoping to find my cell in the process of having likely been packed and possibly moved to storage. I would greatly appreciate a court date for the upcoming matter for next Thursday. I am dealing with back pain related to a previous injury as well as this eviction and resulting labor. I am navigating this to the best of my ability, It is a difficult time. I am expecting to have me email address at gmail up again if perhaps the phone will need to be replaced.

I would like to communicate to you my fullest intention to vacate the suite on Belmont and regret it was delayed until today. I am aware this will be reflected in the monetary 'aspects' of the legal proceedings with regards to your client and myself. Money is certainly an issue needing to be dealt with. I regret the delay and have been keen to express to those interested my intention to complete the required cleaning per the rental agreement. I have noted a cleaning fee of $30/hourly for any additional tasks which I do not expect more than perhaps an additional 2hrs needed for windows perhaps. I am encumbered by a low back injury affecting the work required. I am sorry about the delay.
