I’ve been mediating with my ex wife for a few months now and it keeps getting rescheduled. It’s got to the point I need some help getting 50/50 for my 8 year old daughter. I have had her just under 40% of the time since sept 2023 when our last agreement was made. She used to work for the MCFD as a social worker but has been put on administrative duty for not following protocols. I handed in a report with concerns to the MCFD Jutland office with concerns I have and they got back to me within 24hr. No immediate concern when they visited her last week, I am waiting for an update this week. In the meantime I really need a lawyer. Would you have time to call me or set up a consult this week?
