Disappointing performance

Zoe, does the minimal work necessary. Promised to follow up with my case when more details were known but failed to do so when it was urgent. Zoe says she called but I have no record of it on my phone, no message was left and she did not follow up with an email. I had to make my legal decisions without the input of my lawyer.
