Brandon Simon

Hailing from a quaint suburb near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Brandon J. Simon embarked on an educational and professional journey that would see him emerge as a key figure in legal circles. The allure of following in his elder brothers' footsteps led him to George Washington University in the nation's capital. There, not only did he secure a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, but he also gained invaluable experience working as both a Project Assistant and Law Clerk at the prestigious international law firm, Steptoe & Johnson, LLP.

The formation of the Simon Law Group in late 2009 marked a significant milestone in Brandon's career. This venture was a collaborative effort with his brothers, Robert and Brad, showcasing a tight-knit family's ambition to make a mark in the legal world. However, Brandon's quest for knowledge was far from over. In the fall of 2010, he momentarily stepped away from the firm to delve deeper into the realm of law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Throughout his legal studies, Brandon continued to serve as a Law Clerk, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the firm's clients and their personal injury claims.

Graduating cum laude in 2013, Brandon stood out not only for his academic achievements but also for his dedication alongside his peers, Sevy Fisher, Greyson Goody, Evan Garcia, and Travis Davis, all of whom would also join the ranks of the Simon Law Group's attorneys. His transition from a diligent student to a seasoned litigator was seamless. By November 2013, he was already trying personal injury cases side by side with Robert Simon, showcasing his adeptness in the courtroom.

Brandon's legal prowess has not gone unnoticed. His contributions have been recognized by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), with his leadership extending to the OCTLA Board of Directors in 2018 and 2019. His commitment to excellence has earned him the title of Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers® from 2019 to 2020 and San Diego Rising Star from 2017 to 2019.

Outside the courtroom, Brandon finds solace in the company of his wife Erin, their daughter Avery, and their two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Judge and Luna. His passion for Pittsburgh sports, animal welfare, bourbon collection, and board games (despite playful disputes over his expertise with his wife) paints the picture of a man who balances professional dedication with personal enjoyment.
