Erica Grant embarked on her professional journey with Haley Giuliano, stepping into the role of Technical Advisor in 2021, before ascending to the position of Associate in 2023, marking her transition from law student to legal professional following her graduation from the Franklin Pierce School of Law. Her prior engagement at Dexcom equipped her with a robust skill set in patent prosecution, transactions, and trademarks, laying a strong foundation for her budding career. With a keen interest in medical devices and electronic hardware, Erica's tenure at Schneider Electric as a project manager for four years further solidified her expertise in the field. Her educational background in biosystems engineering from the University of Kentucky, combined with her legal education, enables her to adopt a practical approach towards safeguarding intellectual property assets. Beyond the confines of her professional endeavors, Erica cherishes the tranquility of hiking trails and the culinary adventures of cooking.

Erica's academic path was marked by her attainment of a J.D. from Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2023 and a B.S. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2017.
