Cash Buyer has expressed an interest and today, Monday 4th, my Estate Agent contacted me with two questions from the interested party. I explained that there were House Rules in place and I emailed a copy of them to him. He was very happy to receive them. So as to not interfere with the Sale, I need the Owner Management Company to see that two House Rules are adhered to in the South Block of the North Wing immediately; 1) Not to store any goods or items in the Common Areas. During a Viewing there were baby buggies and Audio Equipment in the Hall Was outside my Apartment. 2) Not to keep an animal or word in an Apartment During a Viewing, the interested party was met by, what he described as a “rather narky lady”, showing two cats in through the back door. I have also written to Pat O'Loughlin at OCH, and my own Solicitor, this evening about this. Not meaning to sound smart, but I am aware that under MUD Legislation an OMC with House Rules is obliged to see that they are adhered to. I would greatly appreciate an immediate response as I would like to have this tied up this week.
