Good afternoon Kalanne, I spoke to you last week in relation to establishing when the property became vacant. When you spoken to the vendors, they were unable or unwilling to provide the requested information. I would greatly appreciate it if you would email this response to me to support my Vacant Property Grant Application. (It would even be better, however unlikely, if you were in a position to provide the date it became vacant) Many thanks

Hi Kalanne, Long shot but hoping you can help. You managed the purchase of a property in Stamullen Co. Meath for myself and my sister. We're selling it now and I've been asked by our accountant if I have details of solicitor fees, stamp duty etc. incurred at the time. As I said long shot, would you still have anything on record? On a separate note, you also managed the purchase of mine and my husband VG's home property and I remember you said you had the deeds on file. Are they something we should get from you or should they just remain with you and we let our children know where they are. Not that we're planning on popping our clogs yet, but just things you think about as one gets older!! Thanks in advance

Dear Kalanne, We hope that you are well. Last time we spoke retirement was being considered so if you are not in the practice please pass me on. At that time we were considering renewing our wills. Time has passed and we are now both in our 80's. We sold our property in France last year but still own a home in Australia where we spend up to 6 months with our family out there. Our wills may need attention and we would like to to make an appointment to review these with you or someone you suggest. If you can offer us a few dates we can firm up on an appointment date.
