Yvonne- Good afternoon. I need a family lawyer for family law. A court hearing took place in Carlow today where social workers are pushing for the child to be placed in a closed mental health centre. This is categorically unacceptable, my son studied in Ukraine in a regular school and we directed every effort to ensure that the child had contact with ordinary children. He was already in isolation and this led to terrible consequences for his health (he completely refused food and water) and emotionally for his son: he is afraid of social workers and cries when they come. Now that he is under the care of his grandmother, the child feels protected and eats and sleeps well. He is joyful and full of energy, communicates with people around him, and studies online with Ukrainian specialists. I ask you, out of love for all that is holy, to help save my son and prevent him from being placed in this center!

Dear Yvonne , I hope this email finds you well. I am in the process of applying for a divorce, and I have been advised by the law centre that I need to have affidavits sworn by a solicitor. Could you kindly provide me with an appointment at your earliest convenience to have this done? I understand you may have a busy schedule, and I appreciate you can make available for this matter. Thank you very much for your assistance

. We previously discussed the possibility of engaging your services to assist with establishing a visitation schedule for my children. I have a few follow-up inquiries. One question pertains to the court hearing; while I understand my attendance is required, can you file the necessary court paperwork on my behalf, given my residence outside the country? Another question concerns your experience with similar cases, where the objective is to create a schedule facilitating annual visits between my children and me, with them visiting the U.S. once a year and me visiting them in Ireland once a year. Additionally, considering my upcoming visit to Ireland in April, is it feasible to schedule a hearing during my visit, or will I likely need to return to Ireland specifically for the hearing? Thank you

Hi Yvonne, Hugh McCabe recommended me to contact you for a divorce process. I am considering representing myself as it is a simple divorce (no children or properties) and we are in speaking terms. However, I would like to know if you can provide advice or draft the different forms (civil bill, affidavit of means, notice of motion, grounding affidavit, consent terms). If you are available and this is something you could do, I would like to know: 1) how much it would cost me for you to represent me in the divorce 2) if I choose not to be represented in court, how much does it cost to prepare the documents 3) if my spouse is planning to start the process and file for divorce, do I need a solicitor and how much it would cost in that scenario I imagine this could be discussed in a consultation, could you let me know what your fee is for that?
