Barry Crushell represented me during a recent WRC case. During the hearing he asked no questions, of the HR rep who made my life a misery at work. He was unprepared, confused and let the other side away with murder. I was pretty much there alone.  I'm lucky I won my case but it was down to my hard work and preparedness. When Barry received the decision he didn't even read it and emailed me to say I had lost. I read the decision and found I had won and was awarded substantial damages. I emailed Barry asking him if he was sure I lost and only then did he read the decision.  Worst yet, he didn't have the manners or decorum to apologise.  Stay clear!! Find a company with several partners with significant experience.  

Lazy, dishonest and weak

Hello, I left an anonymous review for my ex solicitor Barry Crushell. Everything I wrote is absolutely true but now he is threatening to sue me. I am in very ill health and have enough to deal with. I can't see a way to delete the review so perhaps you would do this for me please?
