I was living in irland for 6years i came with my husband in 2018. In September 2023 my husband and i went yo Algeria there he told me i want to separate with you and he took my residency card my and all my documents and return to Ireland. He left in algeria i send to the embassy but bo positive answer now i return to Ireland and went to the immigration office they told me we can’t renew your residency card you are divorced. How can i lost 6 years of my life and now i have no right to stay on irland please i need you to help me to get my residency card back

Hi, my boyfriend is a relative of NL and he gave us your number. We have an ongoing case. We did an application for my boyfriend to be treated as a family member of a eu(myself) and the application just got refused. Now we need to do the review of the application. I am looking for representation to take a case against the State (Minister for Justice and Tusla) for violation of my Constitutional and Human rights as a mother. In addition my children wish to take an action against Tusla and The Minister for denial of their legal right to a voice and failing to protect them from an abuser in the Family Courts. I have ample documents outside the in camera rule and in a few weeks I will also have a report ordered by the High Court which reviews the illegal methods practised by an unqualified unmandated “assessor”. I have an Ombudsman ruling against this assessor and a CORU investigation into him. I have TD who has twice named the unqualified man violating my basic human rights. The Minister for Justice has herself met me and sat crying saying their shouldn’t be allowed yet has sat on it for two years and hidden it. Can you help please?

I'm a touring musician from Alaska, USA. For the past 27 years my husband (UK and naturalized US citizen) and I have had a home here in Co Kilkenny, but I've been coming and going on visitor visas. We spend most of our time on tour in the UK, USA and Canada. I have a PPS card issued in 2001. I’d like to formalize my residency here, or even get dual citizenship.
