Hi Deidre Hope you are well. We have chatted before on our possible purchase of wifes family home in Ballindrait. There are 8 owners. Just wondering what your fees would be if we sold Dublin house for 410k circa and bought Ballindrate for circa 180k please?

Deirdre - I believe that you assisted our client, CC, in 2017/18 with the acquisition of Glebe House and a Will. 

Deidre - I am the US counsel for CB, who back in 2017 purchased a property in Glebe. Are you the same solicitor (who was then at O'Donnell & Sweeney? C would like to make some changes to title and to update her Irish Will, and we are looking for assistance on those regards. If not, sorry for the bother.
