Hey Brendan! My name is MJ. This message is not related to work but I wasn’t sure how else to get in contact with you. I think we might be distant relatives and I wanted to ask some questions if you are open to it! I am a 24 year old Irish American from Minnesota visiting and working on some farms for a couple months in Kells. My Great Great Grandfather, Hugh Muldowney immigrated from County Longford to Boston in 1850 due to the famine. He was born in 1800. His fathers name was Patrick Muldowney. Patrick may have come to the U.S. for a while but likely returned to Ireland after the famine. That’s about all I know from their time in Ireland. Do you know if they are your ancestors too?
