Briefly I invested over €320,000 in 2005 through a company. Three years ago I brought the matter to the gardai stating that I felt I was a victim of white collar crime! Within a week and after being questioned by the gardai the individaul who owed the company asked to meet me and shook my hand and said HE would pay back all monies owed to me. Two months later he started to pay me some monies owed but the last payment made was Jan 23 and dispute numerous text and emails looking for a schedule of payment of the remaining €259,000 he has failed to respond. Since meeting with this gentleman I have send him a statements of account most months and while monies have come in from various different company’s he owns I need to secure the outstanding amount and if possible against this gentleman- I would be obliged if you might advise of my options and approximate costs in pursuing this matter to get a lean on this gentleman and or his assets
