Dear Michael, I received a summons to court this week in April. I had an accident in July and the case is related to this. Another solicitor in the area recommended you. If you could please contact me if you are available I can then provide more detail around the case. It will be held in Newcastle West court. 

I am writing to enquire whether your office holds a will for the late David O’Connell Snr, formerly of Morenane,Askeaton,Co.Limerick, born 11 July 1932 and who passed away in 11 November 2019. I am his son David O’Connell Jnr and we are currently gathering documents in relation to his estate. If your firm is in possession of a will or was ever instructed by David O’Connell Snr in this regard, I would be grateful if you could confirm the same, and or send them to the address below. Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to your reply.
