Hi Martina, Do you recall when my mother came to see looking for answer to her problem of being bullied and harassed. You said Sen Counsel had advised Setting up a PoA. You later sent advice from a solicitor but it didn’t pertain to the type of Joint account my mother had created in 2006. My mother passed in 2020. She had many happier years I bet ween. The bullying continued 2017. Then she instructed me to take no notice of the situation (it was in fact coercion) I am working with revenue. Best wishes I may need you say something but I don’t want to take up your time. I don’t know what they will need from me.
