The company have refused to be accountable or resolve the issue. Thus causing the person harmed severe hardship and due the restrictions and limitations placed on them through the documentation. Consent was not given to make any choices about the harmed persons finances. Consent was not sought by the company Rebeca L Faret. The harmed person has had legal advice and Rebeca L Faret do have responsibility but lack integrity to resolve the matter. The harmed person cannot litigate through the civil courts due to the financial losses experienced and continuing to be experienced due to this situation.
