I’m involved in Probate in Los Angeles. Was looking up the history of Mary Margaret Molony, my great grandmother who lived at the historic Cunningham-Molony house that is being ripped away from us. What a coincidence you look exactly and I mean exactly like my great grandfather Thomas Joseph Cunningham who married Mary Margaret Molony. Pictures on the web are often not the true person. It would be nice if somebody could outbid and buy this house so that we could retain some of our history. Wouldnt it be interesting if you were related to me ? My grandfather created the first hearse. His partner was O’Connor and that Legacy is over also. I am beyond heartbroken. I’ve always been curious about my relatives in Rathskealde, Ireland that came to Randolph, Massachusetts. I even learned to speak Gaelic. I do need Probate help and I wish there was a way to sell this historic house to someone other than the buyers we need to outbid in 2 weeks. Theyre gonna turn it into a halfway house for drug addicts & trash it. This is a four story house on a double lot with servants quarters, gardens with themes & statues, a train room that covers the whole room including along the wall with Christmas themes, villages, train cars that operate to do tasks like cutting wood, moving ice blocks, cattle, magnets etc. my aunt created villages and scenes and little comical scenes with moving parts. It has gas lamps, old-fashioned ice boxes, a billiard room, a widows walk, a ballroom, elevators, dummy waiters, of murals covering 3 rooms, all kinds of beautiful things that are going to be ruined.
